Week 12 NFL Picks

Thanksgiving is always the trigger that means its the start of the playoff races have began in the NFL to see what teams will advance to the playoffs this January.

No more byes. Every team has played 10 games and things are shaping up to be a great finish. Here is the schedule for Week 12:

Vikings vs Lions

Tomorrow's early game could decide the division. The Lions stole a win in Minnesota earlier this year and look for the Vikings to return the favor tomorrow. Vikings 16-12

Redskins VS Cowboys

I toyed with picking an upset in this game but I decided to make the easy pick and pick the 10-1 home team from Dallas. They will overcome a slow start and win 28-17.

Steelers VS Colts

A Thursday night game on NBC to end the night. Look for Luck to rip the Steelers secondary to pieces in a 38-24 Colts win.

Titans VS Bears

The Bears are terrible, the Titans need this win after last weeks loss. Titans 23-6

Jags VS Bills

The Bills have showed promise this year with some good wins and some close defeats. They win this week easily. 33-13 Bills.

Bengals VS Ravens

Ravens put a nail in the coffin for the Bengals season as they would fall to 3-7-1 with a loss. Ravens squeak out a 20-13 win.

Cardinals VS Falcons

Battle of the bird and the Falcons will add to the Cardinals misery this year. Falcons win 34-23.

Giants vs Browns

Will the Browns go to 0-11? It's likely as the Giants have won 5 in a row. Giants 26-14.

Rams VS Saints

Two struggling teams under the Super Dome in New Orleans. Saints get back to their winning ways with a 35-21 win over the Rams.

49ers VS Dolphins

The surging Dolphins swim to a easy win over the 49ers this week, the Niners season can't end soon enough at 1-9 and soon to be 1-10. 34-3 Dolphins

Chargers VS Texans

The Chargers have had heartbreaking loss after heart breaking loss this year. Why would things change because Thanksgiving will be behind us on Sunday? 20-17 Texans

Seahawks vs Buccaneers

If the Bucs played every game on the road this year, they would be a playoff team. But that is not reality. This week the Seahawks will be the beneficiary of Tampa Bay's home woes with a easy win.
Seahawks 20-3

Panthers VS Raiders

Do the Raiders have a let down after their trip to Mexico City? I don't think so but the Panthers will give the Raiders a good run before Oakland escapes with a 23-20 OT win.

Patriots VS Jets

New England will flex there muscles after the Jets hang around for a quarter and a half. Patriots 34-17

Chiefs VS Broncos

Kansas City rebounds after a bad home loss against Tampa Bay. They shutdown the Peyton Manningless Broncos in a key divisional game.  Chiefs 20-14

Packers VS Eagles

The Packers have proved that their deflated defense is garbage and that will continue on Monday night when they soar to a 38-26 win.
