It's Go Time For Oregon

When the University of Oregon starts their first string Quarterback in their last 59 games excluding bowl games their record is 51-8. However, that's not what people are talking about when Oregon begins their first season under new Head Coach Mario Cristobal, I feel that some things have been forgotten about as most experts have the Ducks picked 3rd in the West Division.

Let's face it, Oregon is super special. People in Eugene love the Ducks and abroad Oregon also has a big following.

Oregon needs stability though. Cristobal needs to be here for awhile to avoid more offseason drama. What is holding Oregon back is their record against the Top 25 is 3-8 and that will have to change if Oregon wants to win a Conference Championship anytime soon.

I'm so glad to be an Oregon fan, I want to blog every week about this team. Admitting I was a Duck has improved my self esteem and I have made so many new friends here. Duck family is awesome.

We need the Duck swagger back. Last year, we saw a little of that but not enough. I want Eugene to be the hardest city to win a College Football game and right now that belongs to Seattle.

I'm excited for the season but reserved that we will have anything more than 8 wins. The game on September 22nd vs Stanford is crucial because a loss would mean the UW game is a must win game.

I have Oregon going 7-5 but that will mainly because the depth of the conference is strong. I predict 8-5 anything more would be great.

Bowling Green went 2-10 last year and I predict on Saturday an easy 55-13 win.
